Contact Popper Work support
Email us at hello@popperlabs.com. If possible, write from the email address connected to your Popper Work account so we can verify your request more safely.
Email supportAccount and access
For invitation, sign-in, verification, password, or workspace-access problems, include the email address you use for Popper Work and the organization name.
Your organization administrator controls membership and roles, so they may be the fastest person to help with a missing workspace or permission.
Apps and installation
Use the official download page for currently available mobile and desktop apps. Include your platform and app version when reporting installation or notification problems.

Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, what you expected, and whether the problem repeats. A screenshot can help when it does not expose confidential workspace information.
Privacy and data requests
Use the subject “Privacy request” for access, correction, or deletion requests. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with your workspace owner.

- Check that you are signing in with the address that received your invitation.
- Ask your organization administrator to confirm that your membership is active.
- If you cannot receive a verification or password-reset message, check spam and filtered folders before contacting support.
- If you suspect someone else accessed your account, email support promptly with “Account security” in the subject.
Mobile, desktop, and notifications
Download Popper Work only from the official download page, Apple TestFlight, or an app-store listing published by Popper Labs. Mobile notifications also depend on notification permission and device settings.
When asking for help, include your device model, operating-system version, Popper Work app version, and whether the issue happens on Wi-Fi, mobile data, or both.
Report a problem
The most useful problem reports include:
- a short description of what you were trying to do;
- the steps that reproduce the problem;
- what you expected and what happened instead;
- the page, platform, device, and app version involved; and
- a screenshot or exact error message with secrets and private content removed.
Privacy and data requests
Read our Privacy Policy for information about the data Popper Work handles, retention, device permissions, and your choices.
To request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@popperlabs.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. Tell us which organization and account the request concerns. Do not include passwords, verification codes, or authentication tokens.
Send information safely
Never send your password, one-time verification code, session token, or private key to support. Share only the smallest amount of workspace content needed to explain a problem. We may ask follow-up questions to confirm your identity or authority before changing an account or disclosing information.
